Why local coverage matters
Each market has its own rules, and a tool built for one does not automatically handle the others well:
- Disclosure. ASX companies follow continuous disclosure, UK companies publish regulatory news service announcements, Canadian companies file on SEDAR+, and German listed companies publish ad-hoc announcements under EU market abuse rules.
- Calendars. Trading holidays and sessions differ, so dates and "as of" times need the right calendar.
- Index membership. The stocks you care about are often defined by the index they sit in, so coverage should follow the index, not a generic list.
What is not covered
Coverage is index-based, so not every listed company is scored. Atradian is built around daily research rather than intraday trading. The reliability page lists known gaps and how they are handled.
